Margot Robbie receives a Screen Actors Guild nomination for her performance in “Mary, Queen of Scots”

Margot has received a Screen Actors Guild nomination for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role. She’s up against Amy Adams (Vice), Emily Blunt (A Quiet Place), and Emma Stone and Rachel Weisz (The Favourite) for the award!

The 28-year-old was recognised by SAG for her portrayal of Queen Elizabeth I in the historical film Mary Queen Of Scots.

The 25th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards will be at Shrine Auditorium & Expo Hall in Los Angeles on January 27th.

HARLEY QUINN R-Rated Animated Series In The Works; SUICIDE SQUAD’s Margot Robbie May Reprise The Role.

Deadline reports that there’s a new Harley Quinn animated series on the way from ‘Powerless’ executive producers Justin Halpern, Patrick Schumacker and Dean Lorey. The adult-oriented show will debut on Warner Bros’ upcoming DC-Branded direct-to-consumer digital platform, with 26 half-hour episodes already ordered.

Apparently, Suicide Squad’s Margot Robbie is WB’s top choice to voice this small-screen incarnation of the mega-popular Bat-baddie, and is “expected to be approached.”
